As per your holiday requirement for Andaman and Nicobar Islands, please find below the package with detailed Itinerary. It's a tentative travel plan. It mostly covers the places worth visiting around here without a very hectic schedule

DAY 1 - Arrive To Sri Vijaya Puram (Cellular Jail + Carbyn’s Cove Beach + Light & Sound)

Arrival at Sri Vijaya Puram & move to the hotel with our envoy. After lunch start the breathtaking trip to Corbin’s Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 km away from Port Blair town proceed towards the visit Carbyn’s cove Beach and Cellular jail Visit followed by Light & Sound Show at Cellular jail. The Cellular Jail construction of the prison started in 1896 and was completed in 1906. Light & Sound Show is nostalgia for the dark stories of Indian freedom struggle at the Cellular Jail.

DAY 2 - Sri Vijaya Puram to Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) + Radhanagar Beach + Kalapathar Beach

After breakfast get transfer to Haddo jetty to catch a ferry to Swaraj Dweep. If you are lucky, you may spot some Dolphins on the way. The island (often just called Swaraj Dweep) is one of the most beautiful and largest islands of Ritchie’s archipelago and is a placid heaven like no other. This picturesque island with beautiful sandy beaches and lush green forest is also rated as the seventh most beautiful island in the world. On arrival the cab will be provided to pick up and drop to the selected hotel. You could relax for a wile or grab that swimwear to beach no 7, Radhanagar beach rated as the best beach in Asia. Spend the day relaxing on this beach. Later proceed to and then visit Kalapathar Beach. Kalapathar beach is a long stretch of white silky sand with big black rocks beside the blue sea. Get back to the hotel and unwind after you’ve had your fill. Stay here overnight amongst sandy beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort.

DAY 3 - Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) + ( Elephanta Beach )

Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip to Elephanta Beach, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Overnight stay at Swaraj Dweep.

DAY 4 - Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) toShaheed Dweep (Neil Island) + Bharatpur Beach +Laxmanpur Beach

Today After a scrumptious breakfast, checkout from the hotel and take the ferry to Shaheed Dweep (Neil island). After reaching Neil, head to see the beautiful beach of Bharatpur Beach and enjoy the moments with the waves The soft white sand beach lines the shore, along with a crystal clear shallow waters, that continues for almost 500 meters into the sea, making it one of those beaches where you can simply go halfway without being wet completely, then at evening head to see the beautiful sunset at the aptly named “Sunset Beach” or Laxmanpur Beach. Then get back to the hotel and call it a day.

DAY 5 - Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island) to Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair) + Chidiyatapu

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and visit the unique Natural Bridge which has formed over decades by waves lapping at sea-side rocks. Afterwards, head to Sri Vijaya Puram, check in to the hotel and relax for a while, then visit Chidiyatapu Beach in Evening. Famous for sunset views and for bird watching, Chidiyatapu is a part of the Andaman archipelago. It is also known as the Sunset Point and Bird Island. Overnight stay at Sri Vijaya Puram.

DAY 6 - Departure

Dropping to Airport with memories of an ultimate holiday at Andaman Islands.

• 02 nights stay on double sharing basis at Port Blair.

• 02 nights stay on double sharing basis at Havelock Island.

• Sightseeing in AC vehicle as per the itinerary.

• Accommodation with daily Breakfast  on A/c Rooms.

• All pickups and drops from airport and ferry jetties.

• Entry tickets to all sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary.

• All ferry transfers by private ferry with economy /premium class subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Note: Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies.

• On-call assistance during your stay.

• All the boats and cruise are on sharing basis. 

• The company has full rights to shift the Itinerary, and make changes which suit the best to our client, in situations which are beyond control of the company. 

• The company has no liability what so ever for unforeseen natural calamities, strikes, Political issues, Pandemic etc.

• Guide charges and camera fees.

• Airfare to and from Port Blair. 

• Unspecified Meal – Lunch 

• The services of vehicles are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary. 

• Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours or extra meals / beverages ordered at hotel. 

• Any kind of drinks (Alcohol, Mineral, Aerated, Bed Tea) or any other snack on Tour or while waiting at airport or waiting for ferry at jetty. 

• Extra Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of flight cancellation, ill health, and / or any factors beyond control. 

• Extra usage of Vehicle for Evening Dinner / Shopping / Etc. is all payable as extras, vehicle will only be provided for tours as mentioned above. 

• Any Water Sports Activities / Adventurous Activity that is not mentioned in the Package Inclusions List. 

• Peak Season Surcharges of Hotels / Resorts (Applicable from 15th December to 20th January). 

• Additional Supplement Charge for Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December) at Hotels / 

• Resorts.

• Anything that is not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’ section.

 

Payment Policy

When a booking request is placed by you, the confirmation is not done until and unless the travelling details as well as 60% advance payment (minimum) of the total tour cost is not deposited. The remaining amount must be paid before 1week of arrival date at Port Blair first day itself on demand.

After 60% of payment, within 48Hrs you will get confirmation voucher.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

·         45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/ service cost

·         15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/ service cost

·         07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/ service cost

·         48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and New Year period from 15th Dec to 15th Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

Terms & Conditions

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
